Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless defective. Your item must be in the original packaging. If defective, please contact email@example.com to arrange an exchange.
If a cancellation of an order is required, contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will cancel your order an initiate a refund if your order has not yet shipped. If an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our Refund policy.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the event of a returned defective item, Lucky Turtle will reimburse the shipping cost as part of your refund. If shipping is required as part of an exchange, Lucky Turtle will supply a prepaid return label for the exchanged item to be returned.
